" I would like to write a note commenting on the fabulous service that I received at your branch the other day. I feel it is important to tell people when they get it right as well as when they don't! I brought my car in for a recurring problem with the Recaro seats, in order to get them remedied again. As always Jack on the front desk was lovely and very personable and goes out of his way to make the experience a pleasant one. When I collected my car it had been cleaned inside and out and even the washer bottle which had been empty (I kept forgetting to fill it!) had been filled. I was very impressed and although I live yards from a Renault and Ford dealer, I will continue to use yourselves as I am happy with the level of service I always receive, so thank you and well done."

"I was most impressed with the efficiency of John, and his colleague Jack when my Renault Clio came for its MOT. Your Service Centre kept me up to date with the progress of my car, and even offered to arrange my car to be dropped off at my home as one of John's colleagues was ill which delayed the MOT re-test. I didn't take him up on the offer, however showing such commitment to deliver a great service to a customer is to be commended.
On the whole, I must say every encounter that I have had with a member of staff at your dealership has been positive and pleasant. I will now endeavour to bring my Renault Clio to Davis of Sevenoaks every time it needs something to be done. I may pay a premium for using a Renault dealer but I will show no hesitation in recommending you to my friends and family.

"I would like to express my grateful thanks to Jack and John of your service department team who helped me out of a very difficult spot recently.
In January I found myself in a predicament after visiting Sevenoaks Hospital where I was told I had a broken leg. Not a major disaster except that I was told I couldn't drive with my leg in plaster, I had driven there and my car was in a timed, paying council car park.
Since I didn't have a second driver with me I needed to think on two feet, well one actually, as to how to resolve the problem. Being a customer of your garage for some years and with the hospital just a short distance away I phoned to ask whether it would be possible to seek a big favour. To keep the story short, the car was collected and stored in your garage until recently.
